Gyokuro tea is high in chlorophyll as a result of unique growing conditions.
The leaves are covered with cloths or bamboo curtains, under which they
develop a rich green colour. The tea leaves are steamed, dried, then ground
into a fine, bright green powder. Our mini-tin yields approx. 30 cups, and the
40 cup size yields approximately 150 cups of matcha (less matcha is required
