Essential oils evaporate quickly. To ensure maximum aromatherapy benefits, we recommend that you add the oils to a footbath or bath immediately before entering the water.

use as a moisturiser by applying a few drops to damp or dry skin.
use for exfoliation treatments (salt scrubs or glows). Exfoliation treatments invigorate and rejuvenate your entire being. They are particularly effective treatments for the back, dry/cracked feet and heels, elbows and arms. Once you finish scrubbing, simply rinse off with water. The result is velvety soft skin. A carrier oil, or base oil, is a substance that carries essential oils into the skin. Since essential
oils are oil soluble (not water soluble), they dissolve readily in vegetable oils, and are then
easily and safely absorbed by the skin. Carrier oils also serve to anchor essential oils, as
carrier oils do not evaporate like essential oils do. Vegetable oils should be top quality and
cold pressed (not solvent extracted).
