Harmony facial steam helps re-hydrate skin, increase circulation to the face and regenerate skin by aiding in cellular waste removal. Steaming helps prevent blemishes and blackheads. It also helps the skin look moist and gives it a healthy glow. Excellent for normalizing dry and oily skin.

Harmony facial steam can be used to steam, to activate a mask, and to keep a mask moist after it has been applied.
> After cleansing, add 1 tsp. of harmony facial steam to a bowl with 2 cups of steaming water. Steam with a towel (creating a hood over you and the bowl) for 5-10 minutes. Harmony facial steam can also be used to activate masks. Do not steam if you have asthma, broken capillaries, or skin that is prone to redness.
> To activate a mask, pour 1 cup of steaming water over 1/2 tsp. of harmony facial steam. Steep for 2-5 minutes, then strain (as you would tea). Mix 1 tbsp. of harmony infusion with 1 tsp. of mask to create a smooth paste.
> To keep a mask moist, simply infuse a japanese face cloth or harmony moon mask with the liquid and place directly over the areas where the mask is applied.

sento exfoliating enzyme mask all skin types

Smooth, refine and nourish the skin with sandalwood, aloeswood, jasmine, neroli,
frankincense, benzoin, petitgrain, mandarin, green tea, clay and grain powders.
may not be suitable for people with grain allergies.

Sento exfoliating enzyme mask can be used as a scrub or a mask.
> To use as a scrub, mix 1 tsp. of sento with 1 tbsp. of botanical mist, harmony facial steam infusion or water to create a smooth paste. Gently massage into skin to exfoliate (avoid eye area). Rinse with warm water or remove with a warm harmony infused japanese face cloth. Follow with nourishing dew moisturiser.
> To use as a mask, mix 1 tsp. of sento with 1 tbsp. of botanical mist, harmony infusion or water to create a smooth paste. Apply over face and neck (avoid eye area). Leave on 5-10 minutes. Do not allow mask to dry. Rinse with warm water or remove with a warm harmony infused japanese face cloth. Follow with nourishing dew moisturiser.

Helpful hints: Avoid scrubbing blemishes, severely acneic skin or very sensitive skin. To receive the benefits of the enzyme mask only, without manually exfoliating, prepare sento in the manner indicated above and apply as a mask. Do not massage it into the skin. To keep a mask moist, place harmony infused japanese face cloth or harmony moon mask directly over the areas where the mask is applied.

balancing masks

Reduce uneven skin tones, balance excess oily and dry skin, and rejuvenate the complexion. Balancing masks draw out impurities, assist cellular regeneration for a more youthful complexion, and soften and improve skin tone.

Mask weekly after cleansing or exfoliating. Mix 1 tsp. of balancing mask with 1 tbsp. of botanical mist, harmony facial steam infusion or water to create a smooth paste. Apply over face and neck (avoid eye area). Leave on 5-10 minutes. Keep mask moist by placing a harmony infused japanese face cloth or harmony moon mask directly over the areas where the mask is applied. Do not let mask dry. Rinse with warm water or a warm harmony infused japanese face cloth. Follow with nourishing dew moisturiser. Helpful hints: For dry or sensitive skin, apply a thin layer of nourishing dew moisturiser before applying a thick layer of mask. For blemished skin, dab purifying nectar blemish treatment onto affected areas before applying mask.
