> do not place teapot on stove
> do not leave tea or used tea leaves in the strainer or teapot for long periods of time
or overnight. Wash with dish soap and rinse with water after each use. If teapot and
strainer are not cleaned regularly with soap and/or in the dishwasher, a residue of
tea will develop on the interior. To remove residue, periodically clean with a mild
bleach and water solution. Regularly wash in the dishwasher.
