Silk Road Tea is offering daily tea tastings at 4 pm starting July 2!

The past-time of tasting tea began many centuries ago in Ancient China, but a range of methods were developed over time in various parts of the world. Our Summer 2008 series of Tea Tastings reflects a variety of techniques for tasting tea, and showcases tea history and tea culture. Regardless of the method, the essential principle of tea tasting is the same – to explore and appreciate the infinite variety of flavours that tea offers. Its ultimate goal is to uncover the mysteries of the tea leaf. Our tea tastings will help you to appreciate the tea from different perspectives, and in different ways. Explore one tea tasting today, and on another occasion try a new one.
From July 2 up to and including September 1, tea tastings will take place daily at 4 pm, at the Silk Road Tea Tasting Bar. Each session is approximately 45 minutes. Tasting fee is $10 per person.
