about the Silk Road Tea Tasting Bar

Visit the Tea Tasting Bar at Silk Road, and transform your understanding and appreciation of tea. Join us for a Tea Journey - whether you are a beginner, or a tea lover already, we guarantee you'll see tea in an entirely new light!

There are an infinite variety of flavours in the tea realm, and tea can be appreciated, tasted and understood in a similar way to wine.

tea tastings take place every saturday & sunday at 2 pm from september until the end of june.

during a tea tasting journey you'll:

• Taste a selection of exceptional teas. Tantalize your taste buds as you experience a selection of exceptional teas.
• Find out about the latest health benefits research on tea, and receive expert advice on how to maximize them for yourself.
• Explore tea cultures and tea history from around the world.
• Learn about how tea is grown and processed, and discover the tea professional's secrets on how to assess a tea's freshness and quality.

Group Tea Tastings are available as private bookings for corporate clients, for birthdays, wedding and baby showers, and any occasion when you'd like to get a group of people together to enjoy a tea tasting. take-home workshops

Take-home workshop kits are ideal for home spa parties, birthday parties, wedding showers or gift making. Get a group of friends together to share the cost of the workshop and supplies, then make gifts for xmas and other special occasions.
